14 days from delivery. Unworn, with tags. We hand-check every return — pieces with body oils, perfume residue, or visible wear will be sent back.

1. Email contact@hvnmde.com with your order number + reason.
2. We send a return label within 24 hours.
3. Drop the package at any DHL point.
4. Refund or studio credit (your choice) issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Size exchanges are free. Color or style exchanges are not — return for credit, place a new order.

We don't run sales. If we ever did, sale pieces would be final-sale.

Each piece is made by hand. Slight irregularity in stitch or dye-lot is character, not defect. A true defect — broken zip, missed seam, mis-cut panel — is on us and we replace fast. Email a photo, we'll handle it.
